The cargo officer will obtain a signature from you that you have received the parcels in a complete and intact manner. In case of damage outside the parcel, you should not take delivery of these products and make a report to the cargo officer. These products will be exchanged within 14 working days. In this case, you will not be charged an additional transport or product cost.
